General Terms and Conditions

1. The contest is only valid to citizens of Nepal who are the age of 18 years or above, except the employees and family members of the F1Soft International and its advertising and promotion agencies.
2. The competition is valid from and to the given date (i.e., 31st of Shrawan - 4th of Bhadra, 2078). Application for foneloan before and after the mentioned date will not be eligible for participation.
3. To be eligible for the participation, you should apply for foneloan through your Mobile Banking App.
4. The Winner will be announced on the foneloan Facebook Page. The Winner will receive the Prize, within 7 days from the date of announcement by the Organizer. The dates for redemption of the Prize are entirely dependent on the availability of the Prize.
5. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults that may come up while applying for foneloan.
6. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss of Prize due to incorrect information as mobile number, account number, email address, or any other information provided by the Participant or the failure of the Winner to receive the same due to technical faults.
7. Decision of Organizer will be final and binding with regard to Contest and Prize and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
8. Notification of the winner status must be kept confidential until the Winners are publicly revealed by the Organizer or the Winner’s Prize may be forfeited as per Organizer’s decision.
9. The Prize is personal to the Winner and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
10. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the Prize.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to change/modify/withdraw the Contest without any prior notice of the same at its sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
12. By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree and acknowledge to comply with all the terms and conditions that may be imposed at www.facebook.com.
13. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
14. By participating in this Contest, a Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein at all times without any exception. It is assumed that the participant has read the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same.
